Can I choose when to have my bed delivered?
Our usual delivery slots are between Monday and Friday 9-5 however we can deliver on Saturdays or week day evenings in special circumstances.
How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery throughout store areas (that is 10 miles radius from a store) is completely FREE. Faster services (same or next day) may incur a small extra fee of £15 per item. Please speak to a team member about nationwide deliveries as there may be an additional charge for carriage.
Will you remove my old bed?
We can take away your old mattresses and beds at a cost of £35 just let us know before we deliver your items that this is something you would like us to do.
What forms of payment do you accept in store?
In store we accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. You can also pay by cash in store.

Do you offer finance options?
We offer finance through our partner Snap Finance, simply apply online and find out within a couple of days whether or not you've been accepted.
What if my order is delayed?
The delivery times stated on our websites are estimates and not definite. Whilst we try to be as quick as possible with our deliveries, occasionally delivery may take longer and if this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible. We try and aim for a 2 week leeway with delayed deliveries. However if after the two weeks your item still hasn't arrived please do not hesitate to get in contact with one of our team members who will be happy to help.
Please be advised that due to corona virus we are operating on an extended lead time of 4 weeks. We thank you for your patience as we aim to reduce our lead times as soon as possible.
My order has been delivered but there is an issue, who do I contact?
If there is an issue with an order that has been delivered please contact our after sales team on 01415521188 who will be happy to help you with any complaints you might have. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
