- How can I check the status of my bed? We try to keep you updated as much as possible, however, if you feel you need more information on the progress of your order please contact us at 0141 459 0609 or email us sales@glasgowbedcentre.co.uk
- Can I choose when to have my bed delivered? Delivery slots are planned for Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and we aim to arrange a slot with you that suits you. However, in special circumstances we may be able to deliver to you in the evening or on a Saturday.
- Will you remove my old bed? We do provide an uplift service and can take your old bed and mattress away from just £25! If this is something you are interested in, please let us know before we deliver your items.
- What forms of payment do you accept in store? In store we accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also pay by cash in store.
- What forms of payment do you accept online? We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also apply for finance through our partner; ClearPay.
- Do you offer finance options? We offer finance through ClearPay and Paypal. This allows you to split your payments up evenly. Simply apply at checkout and find out immediately whether or not you've been accepted.
- What if my order is delayed? The delivery times stated on our websites are estimates and not definite. Whilst we try to be as quick as possible with our deliveries, occasionally delivery may take longer and if this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible. We try and aim for a 2-3 week timeframe with deliveries. However if after this time your item still hasn't arrived please do not hesitate to get in contact with one of our team members who will be happy to help.
- My order has been delivered but there is an issue, who do I contact? If there is an issue with an order that has been delivered please contact our after sales team on 0141 459 0609 who will be happy to help you with any queries you might have. Queries must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mattress Care and Maintenance: Wash your bed sheets every 1-2 weeks and use a mattress protector. We recommend Protect-a-mattress which you can buy from our store. Using this as soon as you receive your mattress. Follow the care guidelines supplied with each mattress. Turning as frequently as required and airing the mattress at appropriate intervals as well.

Return and Exchange Policy: Beds can be returned within 60 sleeps, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the cost of the bed where required. Mattresses can be exchanged within 60 days. We will also provide store credit.

Product Warranty Details: 5 year warranty unless stated otherwise. Mattresses must have a protector. If they do not then we will not uphold the warranty. With our partner (see website) Protect-a-bed, the warranty is extended.

Customisation Options: Most of our bed frames are customisable. Including adding wings, height, footboards, headboards, tvs, changing the fabric, adding ottoman storage, adding drawers. Mattresses come in sizes from Single to Super King.

Assembly Instructions: Items delivered require self assembly of which there will be easy to follow instructions included. We offer an assembly service on all beds, or we can also walk you through the assembly via video chat.

- What Mattress Has the Highest Customer Satisfaction? Mattresses are hugely personal and there is no BEST mattress. Pop in store and let us find the perfect one for you.
- Do you need a soft or firm mattress as you get older? This is completely down to each customers own situation and preference. We recommend coming into store and trying the mattress we have in store.
- What size bed do most adults sleep in? We recommend adults have at least 65cm each to sleep on, this would allow a double or larger bed size.

Is it good to buy a bed online?
Yes, the quality is the same in store as it is online. Instore we can tailor your order more exactly for your requirements however.
- What to know before buying a bed? Ideally, customers will come to us and know how much space they have in their room to fit the bed.
- Which mattress is best for sleeping if you have back pain? If the pain is arthritis related we would recommend something softer, but if it is muscle strain or general wear and tear a firmer sleep would be more suitable (generally).

Yes, box springs provide sleeping support which is generally integrated in most modern mattresses.

What mattress is best foam or spring?
This can be answered with pros for buying a foam mattress, pros for buying a spring mattress, and pros for buying a hybrid. It’s typically a personal preference.
